Bowie, Shining Force II‘s protagonist, seen here in his promoted form, was created by DJ Casca and originally posted on the old SmashBoards texture thread.
This texture goes over Marth’s “neutral” (blue) costume, but can be used over any color slot when using DAT Texture Wizard’s CCC converter.
Part of the Hits from the Archive series, an ongoing effort to reupload older textures, many of them lost or dead-linked on other sites, to preserve them for all to use and enjoy as Melee enters the Ranked era.
