So i made this one a while ago and then lost the file and never bothered remaking it again.
But guess what i found the File randomly so here you go now i share it with everyone, Casino Luigi in his Blue outfit! Do Note even though Luigi is Coloured blue the file will go over Green (PILNr.dat) hope you guys enjoy for those who download it!
can you add an option to put this over the blue costume as well? I like the costume btw I just wish I could use it alongside other costumes that use the Neutral costume
