Optimized Stage Expansion Alpha 1

This is an attempt at optimizing stages used in UnclePunch’s Stage Expansion Code/Mod. So far, this is what I’ve “finished”, and should ONLY be used for stage expansion. It is in fact compatible with Slippi, and should be compatible with doubles, if not DM me in discord (Sirius#6658). I plan on updating this until I’m on the level of the Diet Melee Dev’s themselves, who were a HUGE inspiration. Includes Onett, Fourside, Mushroom Kingdom 1, Flat Zone, Green Greens, and Yoshi’s Island.
