Within the Birdo zip is a file called “Birdo sound.7z”
You can either import the character file or just the sound file.
Voices were taken from Mario Kart Wii.
I’ve tried Mario Tennis 64’s version, but her voice was drastically different. Double Dash’s Birdo wasn’t very expressive. One of the eggshell sounds came from Mario Advance’s version of Mario 2. Mario Kart Wii’s Birdo felt the most expressive and easier implement.
I added the CSI and her voice to make it feel like the character was fully added into Melee. Including changing Yoshi’s name and emblem to be more faithful to the character.
