Finally this famous P+ skin is available on Melee! I made this mod by porting the vest from a skin made for Brawl (created by KTH and LJSTAR), editing in blender, creating some new textures, CSPs etc

Includes a vesion for every Luigi color alt and a custom CSP.
Fully Slippi/netplay compatible (no desyncs, aesthetic changes only)
