Gracidea flowers have been around a long time in this region. They’re given as bouquets to express feelings of gratitude.
Replaces Pichu’s red or neutral alternate costume. Includes CSPs and a stock icon for extra polish, and for those who would like to add it as an extra costume with mextool. Netplay safe. Works on console. Compatible with items.
PlPcFl.dat replaces the neutral costume. To add it as an extra costume in mextool: drag the costume into your file system, clone Pichu’s neutral costume, rename it to PlPcFl.dat in the editor, then import the CSP and stock icon.
UPDATE November 4th 2023: fixed crash with the metal box and cloaking device items, added version to replace the neutral costume.
UPDATE June 4th 2024: now includes CSPs made with the Melee CSProject
