This is my first skin, I wanted to recolor Luigi on a more pink palette and as I began to realize what I could change I was inspired to make HIM (His Infernal Majesty) from the Powerpuff Girls. This is just a recolor of the pink animelee skin and it goes over Pink luigi.

I’m trying to figure out how to change the Fireball and fire effects to be pink/red but it’s way over my head, I’ll update this if I figure it out.
EfCoData.dat – changes ALL fire effects to pink ones, I did this personally but it will also replace fox/falco/puff/anyone that puts a fire effect out.
EfLgData.dat – this changes the little ring around luigi’s hand to be sortof pink
PILg.dat – changes luigi’s fireball to a different model as well as making it pink
PILgPi.dat – this is the HIM skin, only one you really need.
