Gives Jigglypuff Leaf’s hat, similar to the alternate costume introduced in Super Smash Bros Brawl.
Cointains a file to replace Jigglypuff’s red costume in Dat Texture Wizard as well as a CSP and an optional stock icon. Also included is a file to add this skin as an extra costume with mexTool (clone the neutral costume in this case).
Netplay safe. Works on console. Compatible with metal box item.
