This mod changes the normal Shine to a blue and purple Shine. It also changes the Shine particles and first few frames. The download includes the EfFxData.dat file and the Models_0, Models_1, Models_2 and Particles Folders that you can import using HSDRaw for people that already have mods on their EfFxData.dat file. There is also a README.txt file included, that explains how to implement them for people that dont know how to do it.
