Mario has acquired a fancy top hat that looks like it belonged to a certain national personification. Files for all colors included.
The Top Hat and Texture came from models-resource.com.
NES Tournament Mario skin and partial CSP work done by Luddoj (I just added the top hat.)
Should work just fine with netplay.
