Reupload of a previous Modulous submission. I fucked around in Crazy Hand some months back because I wanted to play Smash 4 Mewtwo in Melee. Its not a perfect recreation yet, but most of the frame data/attack properites and movement is 1-1. Things that aren’t finished are detailed in a .txt file inside. Mod provided as both an xdelta patch and a .DAT file.
