It includes instructions of where to put the music files. If you want the songs from Melee, you’ll have to add them separately. There’s a download for them included in the reddit post.
If you want to add your own songs, I made them by finding extended version of the song I wanted to add on YouTube and used https://ontiva.com/ to cut them down to 8 minutes and convert them to MP3, OGG, WAV and FLAC. You’ll need to sign in on an account on the website to be able to download files. It also had a download limit but you can get around it by either logging onto a different account or deleting your account and remaking it.

In M’Overlay open it and press Esc to go into settings. Then click “open config directory” you will then copy the extracted files into the appropriate folders. Be sure in M’overlay that Music is checked under rollback
