Shiny Pokemon / Master Balls

Assets (Non Character Specific), Other Mod Types

Changes all the Pokeball pokemon to be in their shiny form (as per the Pokemon Stadium games).

Also changes the Pokeball item to be a Master Ball. Menus can also optionally be changed to reflect this.
