This is my first stage mod; it started out as me wanting to recreate the neon battlefield skin in m22 but I wound up taking it in my own direction. Super duper duper special shoutout to Cjag for taking an hour out of their day to personally tutor me in HSDraw and also to Primal for pioneering animelee!
