Both go over Neutral Jigglypuff costume in m-ex.
I want to do an update for this at some point if I can enlist the help of KTH again, to make versions that work with vanilla Melee as well. I also want to do a few more tweaks (a more prominent black outline on the bottom part of the hats), but figured I’d share what we have made so far.
