Peach took her crown back from Jigglypuff, so the Balloon Pokémon had to find a substitute. Includes a CSP.

Update Jan 5th 2022: added an updated version of this skin and a new CSP, visible in the thumbnail and pics 3-4. The old version is still included in the download file.
Any chance that we can get a HD CSP and the HD textures for the crown please? ^_^ It would be great to use for dolphin!
