In Animelee Complete Edition, and also in the latest version of Jigglypuff’s standalone release on SSBM Textures, Headband / green costume is broken (see the second screenshot attached to this post).
This essentially imports the green headband from the first version of the costume and restores it.
As a bonus, I included a version that works over Neutral (m-ex only), thanks to Lyra’s m-ex Costume Conversion template. I’ve upgraded it to the newest, which is a separate release, found here: https://ssbmtextures.com/characters/jigglypuff/jigglypuff-m-ex-costume-conversion-ce/
